MAGE 1.3.0 DEV 2014-07-19 was released

The new dev version of XMage (1.3.0) was released today.
It includes a lot of bug fixes for M15 cards.
A lot of requested missing cards for tournament decks (thanks to emerald000).
And two very nice new features in the UI (thanks to noxx).
* Change the order of the cards in hand by drag and drop.
* Playable or selectable cards are marked with a yellow frame now.
