Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Describe the Bug:
Bile Blight causes extra damage beyond the card text.
Bile Blight deals damage to all creatures, including hexproof creatures that do not "share a name with" the targeted creature.

8/19/2014 release of Xmage. Standard format, 2 player duel.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Bile blight should deal damage to target creature and all other creatures that share a name with it.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Sylvan Caryatid and other hexproof creatures.

This was already fixed with the released XMage 1.3 2014-08-19v2 version.

There was actually a bug specifically with Bile Blight that I fixed today, https://github.com/magefree/mage/issues/532
