Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Everytime i try to connect to public server or localhost appears the message:
"Unable to connect to server. Cannot find free port to use."
How i fix this?

I solved the problem uninstalling my AVG antivirus.
I think the AVG firewall blocks the connection
