I was not clear enough so here it is:
When you have two or more things that doubles the amount of counters, you have to select the replacement effect order for each counter that was doubled. For example: Something causes a creature to get 5 counters at once and since you have 2
Doubling Season on the battlefield you are forced to pick which one goes first (replacement effect). Since 5 counters are doubled you have to do this 5 times, so what I mentioned about the hydra
Heroes' Bane that got 100 counters at once.. well you get the picture.
I have mentioned this before and I will do it again: Replacement effect order should be automatic or at the very least you should have an option if you want it to be automatic. Because I have so far not encountered a situation where the order of replacement effects had any impact at all to the gameplay, so please fix this
