Collectible Card Game Headquarters

My opponent played Whisperwood Elemental. At end step the top card was manifested (Nylea, God of the Hunt, revealed by Courser of Kruphix). On my turn, he sacrificed Whisperwood Elemental, then his Courser of Kruphix died, manifesting the top of his library (Temur Ascendancy). At this point, I noticed one of the two manifests did not show a power/toughness, and the tooltip said only that it was a permanent, rather than creature permanent like the other manifest. My opponent said it showed the same for him. He said it was the Nylea, so maybe an issue with it calculating devotion even though it was face down.



LevelX: Fixed beyond v10

I have been having two bugs. First, when Mardu Woe-Reaper triggers, and requires me to select a card from a graveyard, I can't select a card which has the same name as something on the battlefield, causing me to have to concede or run out of time if those are the only options.

LevelX: Can't reproduce this problem.

Second, if I cast a creature with dash in the first main phase, and it is returned to my hand (in this case by Aethros,) and I cast it without dash in my second main phase, it is returned to my hand at the end of the turn, despite being a different game object.

LevelX2: Fixed beyond v10.

I used the second ability of Nykthos, played another Nykthos, kept the new one, activated the second ability without paying the 2 colorless mana. I guess there is some flag that is not correctly changed.

Are you sure it didn't simply use 2 of the mana you generated from the first Nykthos to pay the tap cost of the second, The0retico?

Yes, I am sure, I had devotion 6, 5 lands, second Nykthos was the sixth and I ended up with 10 mana and two untapped lands.

Then Nykthos worked correctly..

You got 6 from the original one, the new one used 2 giving you 4,
Then tapped for 6 giving you 10 total..

Lol, sry, apparently I am just stupid:/.

I'm not able to use mana produced by Ancient Ziggurat to cast a Skaab Ruinator from the graveyard.

LevelX: Fixed beyond v10

I don't have a bug to report at this time, which in my opinion is a good thing! I'm just curious as to when we might see v11 release. There are several relevant bugs fixes available "beyond v10" and just wondering when we might be able to expect them to become live. Sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum, but it seemed like the best one to post this topic in. Thanks for all the hard work that has been put into this program and made it an awesome client to use.

There will be a new date version (so no v11), because interface between client and server was modified.
Release will be no later than the next weekend.

Having the following issue when trying to run a private server on Windows 7 using startServerWin7.bat with the newest version. Same issue happens if I try startServer.bat. I'm using the default config.xml. I've attached the mageserver.log.

A few things I've noticed that I do not see addressed in this thread.

It seems as though there is no way to play a land off the top of library when Courser of Kruphix (BOG) is in play.

LevelX: You click on the card on the library to play it.

Additionally it seems as though the card "Vesuvan Shapeshifter" (TS) does not exist in the database.

LevelX: Because it's not implemented yet.

Finally, in limited I've noticed that Sultai Emissary has the card art and text of Sultai Runemark for some reason (FRF).

LevelX: Fixed beyond v10. Delete wrong image manually after the next update to download the correct image.

I've run into a bug where Mistbind Clique will not tap any lands if you champion a Mutavault. Mistbind will enter the battlefield and prompt you to champion a Faerie. If you have an active Mutavault you may exile it, but if you do, you will not get the trigger to tap all lands a player controls.

Maybe a java problem.

Did you try to install and run java and Xmage by using the XMage launcher?

Hi LevelX, I did install Java and XMage using the XMage launcher. After it didn't work I also tried installing Java and XMage separately and I also tried updating XMage and had it reinstall both Java and XMage again and still can't get it to run. Thanks for your time and help!
