Missing images of tokens or new sets

I have 837 missing card images... is there an easy way to look up which ones don't have pictures so I can figure out where I can find them?

Start the launcher, go to settings and enable the client console. Click the launch client button, the console will open first and then the client. Go to images, let it tell you how many are missing and then select one of the sources, it will fail to download them but if you look at the console now you will see it listing all the card names and set codes of the images that were not available.

Just downloaded all the available sets I was missing and only reduced my missing images by 1

Downloaded PTC and one other set and actually upped the amount of missing pictures I had....

Concerning sets where the set code did not change, another reason can be a corrupted zip file.
So quit xmage and delete the existing [setname].zip file in the xmage/plugins/images/ directory, restart and try to redownload.

Yeah, I've been trying to download the ENM/SOI set block and every time either the zip archives just don't show up or they do but they're corrupted and not even winrar can open them.

Part of the problem is that MagicCards.info is more or less defunct. It hasn't been updated since before SOI became Standard legal (if you do searches for all Standard cards, SOI cards don't show up - they are in the database but not coded as Standard whereas Karns and Fate Reforged still are) Eldritch Moon cards don't show there at all.

At the time of me posting that link it used to be a folder with all available sets individually listed. It seems since then the author of that link has changed it to a torrent. The link was taken from the sidebar of XMage's subreddit.

I haven't used that torrent myself, but this is where the author mentions it and says he added a couple dozen trackers to it: https://www.reddit.com/r/XMage/comments ... _20160724/

this token thing is getting more bezerk by the minute

I added the EMA tokens they got spotted. But then it couldn't find Omnath locus of rage token picture and it was downloaded eariler.

As the topic from where that link came says, it only contains images from Fate Reforged and beyond. For older stuff there are two magnet links right underneath for all images. Changing the file names might be necessary for them to work with XMage (e.g: "Goblin King.xlhq.jpg" to "Goblin King.full.jpg"), which can be done with a batch file.
