Is there any way of naming the cards typing the full name instead of just the first letter?

Sorry, no idea what you are talking about.
Can you explain a little bit more in detail what you are intending to do?

When yo name a card with Cursed scroll or Cabal therapy, for example.

You can post more than one letter if you enter the letters within a short time.

If you enter for example "Serr" it will position to "Serra..." for example.

If I write the S, the list goes to the first card starting with S. Then, if I write the E occurs the same.

You have to push the keys fast. Test for example with "E" + "R" it positions to "Eradicate".
At least I can absolutely confirm that this works with windows.
