Xmage Will Not Launch (Windows 7)

After I restarted my computer this evening and tried to launch Xmage I was greeted by an error message that said something along the lines of java.mage error 00000. I had been using Xmage 45 minutes earlier just fine and had done nothing different before launching it again. I then uninstalled and re-installed and now the launch screen pops up but when I press "Launch Client" the command prompt stays completely blank and nothing happens. Any thoughts on what the issue is here?
