Collectible Card Game Headquarters

It keeps giving me 1.4.0v0 and not 1.4.1v1 and keeps saying that it needs the newest version. Can someone help?

Check the xmage home in the launcher settings.
Should be: http://xmage.de/xmage

It seems you need to click "Check Versions" first, so it knows about the correct version to download. Maybe the "Update" button should automatically do this? I was also confused by this behavior.

I am getting the same error.

"Reading config from http://xmage.info/xmage/config.json
Invalid config from http://xmage.info/xmage/config.json"

I think I figured it out though. I went into the settings in the laucher and changed the ".info" to ".de" and it appears to updating

thanks scmurray15. i changed the settings and it solved the problem. although i had to completely log out and shut down then restart to be able to update

Nope, still hasn't fixed it yet.

You have to give us more information so we are able to help you.
We are (at least mostly) no clairvoyants.
You can't connet to a server where the version number before the "V" is different.
That's because the interfaces between the xmage server and client parts are different.

So please tell us:
1) To which server are you trying to connect to?
2) What URL is exactly set to your XMage home in the launcher settings? (My guess is, that this is your problem).
3) Which error do you see if you try to update by the launcher?
4) Are you using the launcher at all?
5) Which OS do you use?
