java's problem

Hello,
since few weeks, when i launch client and/or server, both write "....\java\jre1.7.0_75\amd64\jvm.cfg" and i can't continue.....
I have the most udapte version of java and xmage, and i supresse/reinstall java two times .
Can you help me ?
