Specific Sets of Basics in Draft.

I recently found the drop down for sets of basics in draft. I was wondering, where the setting is to choose which sets are in the drop down; if they are random or if, I can choose the set some how. This is a great feature btw the randoms were bothering me. If there isn't a setting to choose the sets for the basics can you make the sets less random, I.E. make the list stactic with the decent looking ones (Apac, Gur, Unh, Ung, Alpha, Zen, BFZ)?
