Release of XMage 1.4.5

A new version of XMage (1.4.5) was released today.
Download the Launcher jar from xmage.de to install and run Xmage.

If you updated to a new version and want to revert back to the previous version you can simply set your xmage home to e.g. "http://xmage.de/xmage1.4.5v0" (or similar URLs related to the release number) in the settings and restart. (Don't forget to set it back to "http://xmage.de/xmage" if you want again update to the newest version later.)

FIXES
Fixed that the corresponding token image was not always set correctly.
Untap symbol - Fixed that the creature has to be under your control since the start of the last turn or needs to have haste to be able to pay the untap cost (e.g. Pili-Pala).
Fixed that Mountain subtype was not remowed by Spreading Seas, Sea's Claim
CARD FIXES
Anaba Shaman - Fixed that it did damage to all players instead of target creature or player.
Annihilating Fire - Added missing watcher for exile ability.
Burning-Tree Shaman - Fixed a bug that could lock the game if players had hexprrof.
Cackling Fiend - Fixed that it wrongly had flying.
Collapsing Borders - Fixed that it did not give life to players.
Concerted Effort - Fixed that it was applied to all creatures instead of only controlled.
Conflagrate - Fixed that the damage amount could be calulated if cast by flashback.
Cryptoplasm - Fixed that the copied creature did not have the triggered ability (fixes #1367).
Deadly Wanderings - Fixed that its effects were applied to all permanents instead of the only controlled creature.
Deathgazer - Fixed that the destroying ability incorrectly destroyed the creature immediately, not at end of combat.
Deflecting Palm - Fixed a bug that the to the source controller redirected damage of Deflecting Palm could not be redirected to an existing planeswalker of that controller.
Demonfire - Added missing watcher for exile ability.
Fungal Behemoth - Fixed that not only counters on controlled permanents were counted.
Glade Gnarr - Fixed that it triggers on black spells instead of blue.
Ior Ruin Expedition - Fixed that the sacrifice effect let you draw 3 instead of 2 cards.
Jhoira's Toolbox - Fixed that the activated ability was missing.
Koth of the Hammer - Fixed that the first ability could target only mountains you control.
Mana Matrix - Fixed not correctly working spell cost reduction.
