If you have encountered any problems while using XMage 1.4.6 you can post them here.
Please mention who you were playing against: Human or the AI type.
Please describe how you got to that point. A screenshot of the battlefield at the moment something went wrong will be useful too. Otherwise, naming the cards that interacted will suffice. If you get an error log please add that too. Also often does a gamelog file from the mage-client/gamelogs/ folder help to reproduce the problem.
Thank you for your help in detecting bugs.

Already fixed but not available until the next XMage update
* Thopter Squadron - Fixed that the first activated ability could be activated like an instant.
1.4.6v1 (2016-01-06)
* Fixed that the name of a face down spell on the stack was shown in the game log if the spell was targeted by another stack object.
* Fixed a bug that P/T set of target animated lands (e.g. by Awaken) were set in the wrong sublayer so that the P/T of self animated lands (e.g. Shambling Vent) were always overwritten desite their ability time stamp.
* Fixed a problem with "put into the graveyard from anywhere triggers" that checked wrongly the state of the source object on the battlefield if went to graveyard itself.
* Fixed some cost classes that didn't hadle correctly if a cost concerning card movement is paid or not.
* Fixed that cards without cost (e.g. Ancestral Vision) could be cast from graveyard (e.g. by using Yawgmoth Will). Fixed that cards could be suspended from graveyard (e.g. with Yawgmoth Will).
* Hideaway - Fixed that the face down card played by hideaway was not correctly set face up again.
* Fixed a bug that target event was wrongly created if effects like chnage target of Spellskite didn't change the target.
* Fixed null pointer exception of deck editor.
* Academy Elite - Fixed that it did not get the +1/+1 counters when entering the battlefield.
* Alhammarret's Archive - Fixed that the double draw effect did not work in steps of the controller's turn before the draw step.
* Coat of Arms - Fixed that creatures with Changeling were not handled correctly.
* Cryptborn Horror - Fixed that it did not get the +1/+1 counters when entering the battlefield.
* Fold into AEther- Fixed that the card could not be put onto battlefield from hand.
* Great Oak Guardian - Fixed that the untap effect was applied continuously.
* Grimoire of the Dead - Fixed that the cards were returned under owners control instead Grimoire of the Dead's controllers control.
* Hallowed Moonlight - Fixed a bug in the way cards were moved to exile.
* Hinder - Fixed that the countered spell was always moved to top of library.
* Izzet Guildmage - Fixed wrong rule text for second ability (instant instead of sorcery).
* Keldon Necropolis - Fixed that it had sacrifice itself osts instead of target creature.
* Scrap Mastery - Fixed that the cards from graveyard were not returned under the control of the card owner.
* Sentinel - Fixed target handling.
* Sylvan Library- Fixed possible null pointer exception.

When a face-down creature spell on the stack becomes the target of a spell or ability, the name of the creature is revealed in the game log. This information should not be disclosed.
Noticed against human, confirmed against AI.

When trying to activate a gemstone mine to add mana to my mana pool, the game freezes. When I go to close the game, it still asks whether I want to disconnect. This also happens when trying to choose a card with ancient stirrings.
After further testing (by running xmage on my other monitor), it appears that the window for these events is appearing outside the main window. Below it, to be precise. On my other monitor, the windows and selection boxes are appearing on top of my hand of cards and the stack. This may explain the other bug below.
Another bug is that no window is shown when scrying should happen. This was noticed on a mull to 5.
Running Ubuntu 14.04 LTS.

It was working fine before the last update. Do you know what changed in the client UI code since then?

When resolving Dig Through Time, the window containing the seven cards appears behind all other windows. However, one cannot interact with and move the other windows out of the way.
E.g. in http://i.imgur.com/7icz9Dx.jpg the graveyard window is unresponsive.
The same issue appears with some other cards, too. Here's an example when choosing a color for Lion's Eye Diamond: http://i.imgur.com/PPQogtk.jpg.

I cast Rally the Ancestors with many creatures in my graveyard.
Opponent responds with Hallowed Moonlight.
After Rally the Ancestors resolves, the creature cards in my graveyard remain in my graveyard, but are also added to the exile zone.

AI may not be think a creature can't block effect etc protection from creature.

I don't know if this is the correct section for card issues, however Izzet Guildmage's both abilities copy instants.

LevelX: Because you updated the client, the server should also be upated. I guess there is still an old server job running. Cancel that job in the task manager or restart your system. That should do the trick.

Coat of Arms and Changeling,
Changelings don't get boosted for each other creature on the battlefield, which should include the opponents creatures, however other creatures are boosted by the changeling.
Noticed against other players.
Tested against AI using Fire-Belly Changeling

Used Awaken on Scatter to the Winds on an unanimated Shambling Vent. Animated vent and it was still a 3/3 with lifelink when it should've been 5/6.

It gives no information about what game situation caused this iteration. Can you provide the game log of that game?

Laquatus's Champion isn't returning the 6 life to the target player when it leaves play. I suppose there's a chance Soul Scourge has the same problem but I have *not* tested the later.

Zulaport Cutthroat Issue
I had a nantuko husk and 2 zulaport cutthroats on board. I sacked 1 cutthroat to the husk. Only 1 life gain/loss trigger went on the stack. 2 triggers should have gone on the stack...1 from the card on board, and 1 from the card that got sacked.

Against AI
Using Sorin Markov's ability I gained control of the computers turn, however the computer still continued to do what it wanted to do, as such i couldn't attack or play the spells from it hand only see it.

BFZ boosters should only have Zendikar Expeditions with collector numbers from 1-25 in them, and OGW packs with EXP cards 26-45. Currently 26+ can appear in BFZ boosters though.
