Why the launcher MUST DOWNLOAD ITS OWN JRE?

I have the correct version of JAVA installed.However,every time I start the launcher,it ALWAYS downloads its own JAVA.In fact,the connection between my PC and the java website is slow,so it ALWAYS takes TOO MUCH TIME to start the game by the launcher!!!CAN'T YOU REMOVE THE FEATURE??

Download the normal zip archive instead of the launcher.

Personally I don't understand why there even needs to be a launcher. They always cause more problems than they solve.

Believe me, there were a lot more whining without the launcher.
