Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I have been trying all day to set up the program. I have downloaded Java to my computer and I am currently running Windows 10-64 bit OS. I can't seem to get the client to open up. Can anyone help me?

You're being a little bit vague, it's hard to help when we can't tell what the problem actually is.

Might be a bit obvious, so don't take it the wrong way, but did you actually install Java after downloading it?

Again, you need to be a bit more specific than that. What file exactly are you trying to open? Are you sure you're opening it with Java? What actually happens when you try to open it?
