Can't enter localhost since the update

Hi, since the recent update whenever I try to connect to the localhost I receive a message saying: "Unable to connect to server. Wrong client version 1.4.9v3, expecting 1.4.8v1. Please download needed version from (there should be the address to the XMage website here but since I'm a new user the forums asked me to remove it) or (there should be the address to the XMage forums here)". I've already tried to reinstall and I can access the public servers.
