Collectible Card Game Headquarters

As the subject says, xMage doesn't have Choking Vines, a common from Weatherlight. I was wanting to use this card, so I hope it can be put in. Hope this is the right place to post this, if not will someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks!

So Im assuming it being green means its in the game and white means its not yet? And than you so much for the help!

Hmm... Yes, I believe so, if I'm not mistaken. I don't use it very often myself and when I do I tend to just type the name of the card on the field on the right side and use the "Implemented: True/False" underneath that without paying much mind to the colors.
