Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I found a beautiful cache of deck files for preconstructed Magic decks. Unfortunately, all of them are in Cockatrice (*.COD) format. Any chance anybody out there knows a way to easily convert a Cockatrice deck to XMage format (*.DCK)?
