Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Used Razor Barrier on Falkenrath Noble during enemy's turn during declare blockers phase (play instants and activated abilities) and chose black. Result was that every single time I had priority the menu to select which color protection I wanted popped up again. Additionally every time I selected black it did not seem to accept it and asked again. Finally ended when the turn was over.

Edit: Further testing shows it even continues to ask after the targeted permanent is no longer on the field (was destroyed).

Activated Jace, Unraveler of Secrets ultimate but it doesn't counter the first spell cast by an opponent on that opponent's turn (opponent never cast a spell on my turn to test that one out). The text overlay for the emblem isn't worded right either, basically saying it counters all spells.
