Disabling Chat window/ preview window

Hello! I'm starting to stream Xmage soon and wanted to know if it's possible to disable the chat window and if possible the preview window. This would be helpful as I can provide more room for people to view board states.

On the edges of the chat window, near where the green icons for untap and upkeep are, you will notice two tiny black arrows, click them to make the chat/log collide. Same thing for the preview area on the opposite side.

Will it stay like that every game? Or will I have to keep manually clicking those arrows?

Once you click the right arrow it stays that way across games, until you click the left arrow to show it again.
