Major Issues with 1.4.13v3 (2016-07-24) - Unplayable Errors

So everything works fine aside from two issues - Starting a Game and playing a Game.
I can edit decks, load deck, card images work fine, etc. However, when I start a table, when someone joins the pop-up message just blinks sporadically and the start button is never enabled. This makes it impossible to actually start my own game.

If I join someone else's table, everything is fine for the first two rounds. after that, new lands are invisible and all of my interactions become impossible. The entire functionality of the game breaks down after 1 turn for each player.

I have reinstalled several times, changed servers, changed settings, etc. Nothing I try will work. This happened with 1.4.13v1/2 as well.

Any help at all will be great as currently xmage is 100% unplayable for me and I'm all out of options.
