Yes, there seems to be a problem (not sure if it's just on the xmage.de server or in the program itself) where the deck builder isn't working. From the comments I've observed it seems to affect all Kaladesh cards and several BFZ/SOI and older cards.

In addition to the error you've seen - sealed pools that try to pull these cards simply fail (which, when drafting Kaladesh, gives you an empty sealed pool)

What's weird is that it doesn't seem like it was an update that caused it. I upgraded to v4 this morning and it worked fine but when I came home I started noticing the issue.

When you see errors involving the server no longer being able to find cards, it isn't from an issue with versioning or the cards mentioned. It's an issue with the server - the server needs to be rebooted.
