Unable to download images or tokens- see error log attached

Hello,
I have been having a heck of a time getting the images to download. Nothing has worked yet. I've tried re-installing in a couple different directories, but no luck. Please see the attached text log. It looks like it loads with an error and then at the bottom you can see the errors it throws when i try downloading images after the app is open. Please let me know any ideas you all have.

I'm not an expert on this at all, but the Connection refused: part makes me think it is perhaps being blocked by your firewall.
