Any way to report harassing behavior?

People being rude or otherwise an overall dick in chat isn't really a problem to deal with. It's the internet, it's not uncommon to have to deal with, and it's easy to ignore.

What's not easy to ignore is a user repeatedly joining a game/table with the express intent to idle for 10 minutes; or worse choose to idle for 9 minutes and then make an action to reset the idle clock.

I'm just wondering if there is any means of reporting such behavior anywhere?
