Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I find the mouse hover "feature" to be extremely annoying as it makes casting cards difficult unless I quickly click the card on the move. Is there any way to disable the card pop-up on mouse hover?

Sure, set the delay time to 0 (preferences -> main).
