Weird error message

Weird error message

So whenever i open the XMage launcher I get a weird error i have never seen before. (image will be below)
I have re-downloaded the launcher along with clicking the UPDATE and CHECK VERSIONS buttons and when I do it just pops the same message again. Any help would be appreciated with the new set coming out soon!

I also cant even play it. When i click LAUNCH CLIENT the window opens like usual but when i click LAUNCH SERVER nothing happens, same with the LAUNCH CLIENT AND SERVER button.
