Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Often the client does not allow me to play when rejoining after a connection loss. See the attached image - this is a typical example, where there is no "status" line and I can't move the game forward. Somehow I can still type in the chat window though...

While playing against the computer, the game will randomly ask if i want to end the game because of an infinite loop. No, I don't want to end the game and I never know when the trigger comes up. I play a creature, Cloudstone curio trigger goes on the stack, I say "yes". Boom. Game over. Please don't.

escplan9: Some logic was added to check for possible conditions where there would be an infinite loop leading to a draw, which then requires all players to confirm it is a draw. The computer will always select "Yes" so if you ever select "Yes" to making it a draw, the game will end like you said. The logic has some false positives where it now is detecting situations that would not indicate a possible draw condition. Issue open for improvements: https://github.com/magefree/mage/issues/3397

Natural Balance was implemented in the last version, but doesn't show up anywhere in the deck editor's card list.

Nest of Scarabs still isn't working for me. AT all. Also, does this thing not know what's legal??

possible reason is, that you use cards in your deck, that are only supported in newer versions of the server. So it can help use he same card from another set, that's already supported from this server."
What does this mean? I recently upgraded then all of a sudden this crap pops up.

escplan9: Do you have logs or screenshots? Also what server are you playing on? Try a different server and see if you're getting the same issue. Nest of Scarabs only remaining known issue at this time is it not triggering off of infect combat damage. Tested this on XMage.de server, locally, and with automated testing as well. I play vs the CPU only if that helps. I am a major newb when it comes to Xmage. I don't even have token images lmao

escplan9: You're playing on v4 of the server. You need at least v5 of the server that will resolve the Nest of Scarabs issues for instance. I don't know how your local server is out of date - possibly your server was still running on v4 before the update came out and needs to be restarted. The easiest way to do that is just restart your computer. After the reboot, the next time XMage server launches it should be with the latest version.

Ok so I could not find the "<xmage-install-directory> / installed.properties file".
I did force the update however.

Then I try to launch client and server and this happens:

This is ridiculous. I'm sorry but i'm getting extremely frustrated. EVERY time I try to update this program I run into headaches. It never used to be this bad then Aether Revolt/Kaledesh and all of a sudden it becomes mission impossible to update.

Any suggestions??

Do you have any suggestions as to how to get token images? I get some, but not many.

A popup about the Gideon of the Trials emblem keeps appearing over and over again if you have it while your life is at 0.

When: Commander match against 3 AI, I think I ran out of time as I was AFK for a bit.
Error: see attachment xmageerror.txt, forum kept complaining about "too spammy, illegal URL" or something.
Added logfiles I found in server folder.

* When a creature dies with more than one totem armor aura on it, its controller is supposed to get to choose which aura to destroy. I don't know what method xmage uses to pick which one to destroy, but the player isn't prompted to choose.

* When attempting to cast Savage Beating using Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge 's ability, you get the message that it can only be cast during combat, even though it is during combat.

* When casting Clone and having it ETB as Jeleva, Nephalia's Scourge, the Clone won't exile cards. It should be looking at how much mana was spent to cast Clone.

* The ultimate from Chandra, Pyromancer does not seem to cast all 3 copies correctly.

When Casting Jeleva, as long as Savage Beating was one of the exiled cards it was able to be used by her ability. After attacking, there will be a prompt for "Cast an instant or sorcery from exile?" [Yes/No] and with case of Savage Beating you also are then prompted "Pay Entwine Cost 1R?" [Yes/No]. See https://github.com/magefree/mage/issues/3378 for tracking on issue. Automated and manual testing unable to duplicate.

* If Duplicant's trigger sends a commander to the command zone, it still treats the commander card as being imprinted on Duplicant.

Lambholt Pacifist can attack when you have a vehicle with power 4 or greater even if the vehicle has not been crewed. I've tested it with Heart of Kiran and Consulate Dreadnought. It also seems like this forum does not see Lambholt Pacifist when I've typed it out.

I love to play XMage, it's great...
But the last days i found 2 little things:
1 - I can play Force of Will with flashback paying his alternative mana cost. The rulling say no to it, because we only can choose one alternative cost to a spell, and the flashback cost is already a alternative cost...
2 - I'm building a deck and have a surprise: The card Lodestone Bauble is dont find on the game.... i can find only lodestone golen and lodestone myr...

escplan9: About the ct-magefree link - that is not updated frequently and must be updated manually. The most accurate way to find cards not yet implemented is to simply go to Deck Editor and search for your card.
