Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I am having an issue while using the client where the client will seem to layer over itself in weird ways and end up making it impossible to see anything. The problem is similar to when card text will cover up options and not go away, however not only does that problem eventually fix itself this isn't just Card text but the entirety of the screen layering itself.
