Going to reiterate this with just the card I actually want;
Gerrymandering from Unglued
Since Uncards are legal in non-tournament EDH, my group hug deck *needs* this card. Seriously, I run Seed the Land and all the table-wide land fetch I can. Swapping the lands around AND spawning a ton of snakes for everyone? Hilarious.

Suggestion for ease of implementation: invert Scrambleverse effect to exclusively target lands, tell it active zone is each player's exile so that it shuffles the lands within exile, and put that after the exile all lands effect from Realm Razer's ETB trigger. Follow with Realm Razer's death trigger to return all the exiled lands to their new controllers [edit effect such that it returns to battlefield of player whose exile it is in, not owner].
