Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I noticed the T1 and T2 buttons on the upper right of the New Tournament UI however, I'm not sure how to adjust these? Is that something that is available?

Ultimately, I'd like to define my own tournament so I can practice building a team sealed pool (12 packs, 3 limited decks from the pool).

Any advice on where to look to educate myself is appreciated, thanks.

The buttons can be used to remember tournament settings and you can switch between two different settings with these buttons. Nothing else.
