Images not downloading, having issues manually doing

Just like the subject says, I'm also getting the "check which images are missing..." bug and it just sits there.
I went to the XMage reddit to try and manually download, but it just downloads a torrent file, is there no .zip file that can be downloaded somewhere as I don't have any torrenting programs.
