Cannot Download Images Fresh Install

I have done a fresh install on two different computers and cannot download any images. Icons download perfectly but when I go to download images it gets stuck on "check which cards are missing". Can someone please explain this in laymans terms how to fix please? I've seen a few posts earlier this month from other people with the same problem and no one seems to help or have an answer.
