Chromatic Star/sphere BUG

When i sac a sphere or a star, it immediately goes to graveyard, without pay 1 man to activate it, then the game stuck on "pay1", but i can't neither pay or tap or pass and obviously draw. The ability don't goes on stack and must concede everytime.
