Help! jvm.cfg could not be opened ERROR

Hey guys,
For a while now I have been unable to launch XMage as I am having the error message "Error: could not open 'C:\Users\" "\Downloads\java\jre.1.8.0_131\lib\amd64\jvm.cfg"
I have reinstalled XMage and reinstalled java.
I would really love some help with this because I really want to keep playing mtg Q_Q.
