Issue with xmage client

I launch the xmage client, it opens, and it is pretty much blank. You see the the blue square within the xmage client where the server list and login thing is suppose come up, but it doesn't. When I try exiting, xmage freezes. Please help. I have deleted everything and redownloaded everything from scratch to no avail

You aren't the only one experiencing this issue. I have been looking at a lot of forums over the past 24 hr and several people including myself are having the issue. I think the problem is that xmage is trying to autoconnect to the us server which is down. I don't know how to attempt to connect to the de server since I cannot get to the server selection panel. I hope the us server comes up again soon and when I get the chance I would turn off the autoconnect feature.

If you let Xmage sit at it's initial state, eventually it will allow you to see the login box. Takes several, several minutes. I still can't register/connect with the .de server but I can use the Xmageplayers server which has only a few people at this time.
