i cant see my hand in the game

I login normally and i can start a game. BUT i cant see my hand (invisible completely not even frames) or i cannot edit a new deck cause i choose a card, it is added but still cant see it. if i move the mouse at the supposed place of the card it shows that it exists. Also cant see mana costs even in the description that appears
