Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I was playing commander against two guys, one of which didn't like my deck, so he decided to wait 4 minutes between every click to make me concede. The other guy obviously left the game. Is there a way to report this player? Are measures planned against this type of player?
If you want I can provide his nickname and screenshots of the chat where he says that he's gonna make me wait.

Let me guess you were the Yisan player?

If you don't wanna play with some people you type in the "tables" chat "\ignore [username]" eg. "\ignore poipoi" and then you an no longer join games where they are and they can't join your games
