Describe the Bug:Elderwood Scion was targeted by an opponent creature that had been targeted by
Banishing Knack with the gained ability of
: Return target nonland permanent to its owner hand. My
Stolen Identity was on the stack also targeting
Elderwood Scion (but hadn't resolved yet). A game exception occurred when the return to hand ability tried to resolve (
Stolen Identity was next to resolve on the stack).
Playing against human, limited format, cube from deck.
Which card behaved improperly?Elderwood Scion. Maybe
Banishing Knack and/or Stoled Identity as well.
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?Elderwood Scion should've been returned to the hand.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?Possibly
Banishing Knack, any abilities capable of targeting
Elderwood Scion, and/or Stoled Identity. Note that Stoled Identity did cost 2 less as expected from
Elderwood Scion's ability.
The error message that popped up during the crash sent me to an invalid thread: f=70&t=3116 (I don't have the permission to post links).
