Kess, Dissident Mage is still bugged. If you cast a spell using Kess you get multiple replacement effects.

If you copy Peek style cards via something like flipped primal amulet you only get to see the hand one time. Only one popup window appears even if you close the first one.

Kess also exiles even if you buyback spells.

If you copy kess with helm of the host you dont get to cast more spells from gy. You only get another spell to cast when the the token is created but not during any of the following turns.

There are so many things that are bugged with Kess.

Villainous Wealth - Cards cast with Villainous Wealth can't be cast by the owner if returned to hand
Reap Intellect - Can't search players hand if there are multiples of a card there.

City of Brass does not stack properly. The trigger can be made to trigger after the spell is on the stack. The weirdest example I've seen is the stack looking like this:

TheElk801: This is correct, City of Brass can be activated while casting a spell and the trigger won't go onto the stack until the spell is fully cast.

The counter ability of Kira, Great Glass-Spinner counters spells, but not abilities (despite triggering and resolving), making her very weak.

I have had a bug where the boardstate does not change at all for me, despite the event log updating and being able to play, twice in the last two days, both times directly after the opponent used Wear//Tear. My opponents were not affected.

I have been targeted through Leyline of Sanctity. The spells fizzled but they should not have been castable with me as a target.

Cast Salvager of Secrets to get back Macabre Waltz from graveyard. Tried to cast Macabre Waltz but it wouldn't let me click the "return two target creature cards..." option.

Opponent played Woodland Stream t2. It didn't enter tapped.

Same thing happened to me when I played Submerged Boneyard on like t9. Didn't enter tapped.

Now all my targeted spells aren't working. I click it, it brings up a dialogue box that gives me the "do spell effect" or "cancel" options. I click the "do spell effect" and nothing happens.

Everything appears to have worked in the last game, so I don't know what's going on...

And the same two issues have reappeared in the next game
