River of Tears ability bugs

[Fireblom]

Weird thing I noticed with River of Tears ability while playing lantern control in modern.
When playing it as your first land of the turn, it produces blue mana instead of black mana.
This one seems to always happen to me.
On the other hand, there is this bug with the land that makes it never ''trigger'' and only produces blue mana for the rest of the game. I did not play it enough to know if this one happens a lot.
