HELP: Account profile cannot connect; locked or deactivated?

I have been using XMAGE successfully for several months.
Since a week now can no longer connect - keep getting error "Wrong username or password. In case you haven't, please register your account first."

My email and username is recognized, and I can reset my password with token successfully. Then attempting to reconnect with new password, keep getting same error.

Feels like something wrong on server with my account.
Is there an ADMIN who can help me please?
