A new version of XMage (1.4.31) was released today.

Download the Launcher jar from xmage.de to install and run Xmage.
XMage Launcher

If you updated to a new version and want to revert back to the previous version you can set your xmage home (use custom) to e.g. "http://xmage.de/xmage1.4.30V7" (or similar URLs related to the release number) in the settings of the launcher and restart. (Don't forget to set it back to "http://xmage.de/xmage" if you want again update to the newest version later.)

The red card 'Apex of Power' from Core Set 2019 does not function properly in the following ways:

1. It makes you pick the mana you want to add to your mana pool before showing you the cards that it exiles. This is the wrong order, according to the wording on the card.

2. If you copy the spell while it's on the stack (in my experience, with the effect from 'Thousand-Year Storm'), the copies allow you to add mana to your mana pool. This is incorrect since the copies of the spell were not cast. This ruling is specifically mentioned in WotC's rulings on the Gatherer website.
