Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I havent had any issues updating in the past. On my new computer I had to do the workaround where I to make a .bat file to get it to run. Despite that there havent been an issues updating before now. Now it is telling me there is an update available but when I select update it doesnt seem to register the update. And instead tells me again that there is an update available. Does anyone else have this issue and/or know how to resolve it?
