Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I was wondering if there was a way to reset a users password or account in general. Several times the user would fail to get the registration email and thus never get the temporary password that's assigned, even though the registration process asks the user to choose a password, and thus the account becomes dead as the user cannot logon with the account and we have no administrative way that I know to reset the account.
