download isues?

I think I am having download issues with x mage. I once had it on this computer but then i reformated it and everything got deleted. I went to the website clicked the link and got the warning. I went to the file location and did not find the .jar file. instead i recived this (gyazo(dot)com)/d374531454009a0065160437521b7f5a. I have looked online for what to do next and all videos or other things i have found or tried said that there is a jar file or other files/folders where the program is located all i get in this folder is this (gyazo(dot)com)/009000ced372ad274a4f6463fc4d7f89. the defalt program i use for downloads and unzipping is an unpaid vertion of winrar. I need help to get to the next step thank you.
