Collectible Card Game Headquarters

The card "Fractal Harness" from Commander 2021 is bugged in two ways. It's effect is:

When Fractal Harness enters the battlefield, create a 0/0 green and blue Fractal creature token. Put x +1/+1 counters on it and attach Fractal Harness to it.

It correctly creates the Fractal Token and correctly assigns the counters to it, however then it fails to attach itself to the token. If attached to any creature, it's secondary effect would be:

Whenever equipped creature attacks, double the number of +1/+1 counters on it.

It also fails to do this correctly, it doesn't just double the amount of counters. It multiplies the counters by seemingly a random number! I've had it "double" 7 to 28, and while testing it again as I am writing this post, it "doubled" 5 to a whopping 40. At least it is multiplying the number of counters, just not by x2.

The Log doesn't show anything odd either, simply the activation of those effects.

Hedonist's Trove: does not work or else I don't know how to make it work. And the Glyph cards do not work as well

None of the effects of "Vazi, Keen Negotiator" work. The tap ability forces a rollback to before she was cast, and the static ability does not trigger. At the moment she is a 5 drop 3/3 with haste.

Now that the first effect on "Vazi, Keen Negotiator" works the 2nd effect still does not work.

When using natal and Kari sec I cast a sorcery and here ability never even triggered. It’s working as though she has no ability atm.

Here ability doesn't seem to be activating ever, it's like she's a 2/4 with no text.
