Expects 1 card less than what is present

The error message "Layout mismatch: Expected 99 cards, but got 98 in layout 'MAIN'" keeps popping up on each deck that I try to load in and I can't seem to fix it.
Does anyone have any fixes for my issue?

That's error message about broken card sorting/position in the deck (column/row). One of the cards have bad number or set code and can't load their position correct. You can help and report that card or deck list here.
If you don't like that error and don't want wait next update then you can open dck-file in text editor and delete all text from "LAYOUT MAIN" (you need only cards list). Or you can replace that card from another set.
