I think this may just be Thousand Year Storm not even making copies like someone posted above, but copies it creates don't appear on the stack if opponent has a Teferi Time Raveler.

The copies aren't being cast, they're created on the stack, so Teferi shouldn't prevent them from happening, if that's what's happening.

Winds of Abandon doesn't exile creatures.

Devs: it's exile, but searched lands go to exiled too instead go to battlefield (that's bug will be fixed in 36v1).

Growth Cycle didn't add any toughness or power when there are no other Growth Cycles in the graveyard.
