Rise of the Dark Realms sent the creatures it summoned to exile after they had died instead of returning them to owner's graveyard.

Rafiq of the Many (Gotten through Altered Ego) wouldn't give my Toothy, Imaginary Friend double strike and only gave it first strike. This happened in a 4 player commander game where the original Rafiq wasn't owned by me.

Part the Waterveil is not working properly, only its Awaken effect

That look like is working properly.

Unless you give your creature trample, a blocked double striker can't deal damage to the attacked player even if the blocker is killed with the first strike, and in this case the normal strike does nothing because the blocker was already killed. Double Strike only let you hit the same thing 2 times, not hit 2 things, so basically is like it double the power of the creature...

Playing a human, we had a problem with Growth Cycle. It was used on a 2/1 midcombat with a 1/3. There were no other Growth Cycles in the graveyard, so it should have add 3/3 but it did not, and the 1/3 won.

Not readying up in time while playing MH1 sealed automatically fills the lands up with snow basics. At the point i allready had added my opened snow lands to the deck.

You can select your own permanents with Liliana of the Veil <-6> after targeting the opponent and the opponent can 'sacrifice' them (at least in AI match).

Not sure when it started happening, noticed it after last updated though.

Blinking a tidehollow sculler after its ETB has resolved with a resto angel does not give the original card back, letting you exile another. This is not the same as when you respond to the scullers ETB with a blink effect to exile two cards.
