Domain mail has been turned on。

Look at server's config.xml file...

You must setup:
1. authenticationActivated="true"
2. mailSmtpHost="smtp.xxx.xx"
3. mailSmtpPort="465"
4. mailUser="xxx@xxx.xx"
5. mailPassword="xxx"
6. mailFromAddress="xxx@xxx.xx"
